Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player" or "you") and 777tz (hereinafter "777tz", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting platform available at https://777tz.cam (the "Site").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Site — including browsing game categories, placing sports bets, participating in promotions, making deposits or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Site and close your account if one has been opened.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 777tz, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Individuals below this age are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in your location. 777tz does not warrant that access to the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of 777tz, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 777tz for breach of these Terms or any other cause.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other restriction that would prohibit you from gambling on this or any other platform.

777tz reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence upon request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (such as a Pakistan CNIC or passport), a valid email address, date of birth and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 777tz support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your Account contact details remain current and accurate at all times.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. 777tz will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their Account credentials.

Deposits to your 777tz Account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the registered owner of the payment method is a different person from the Account holder — are not permitted and will result in the rejection of the deposit, Account review and potential suspension.

777tz references familiar Pakistani payment channels as contextual information for users: these include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and selected cryptocurrency options (BTC, ETH, USDT). These payment providers do not endorse, support or affiliate with gambling services or with 777tz. References to their names are provided solely as contextual payment-method information.

• Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed within the Cashier section and may be updated by 777tz from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance after successful processing by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method and are not guaranteed.
• 777tz accepts no responsibility for delays, errors or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
• Deposits are intended for use on the Platform only. They do not carry interest and are not eligible for any bank-style consumer protections.
• Cryptocurrency deposit values are calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time of crediting to your Account. Volatility between deposit and crediting may result in a different PKR-equivalent value than anticipated at the time of transfer.

Users may request a withdrawal of Real Money funds (not bonus credits) from their Account balance, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Pakistan CNIC, passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence showing your name and address).
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund the Account (e.g., screenshot or statement showing the account holder's name).

777tz reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes, particularly for large withdrawals or where unusual account activity is identified. All documents must be submitted in clear, legible image format. 777tz will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits except in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.

Withdrawal processing timelines depend on the operator's internal review process and the selected payment method. No guaranteed withdrawal turnaround time is stated or implied by 777tz. Any processing-time estimates provided are indicative only and may be affected by KYC review, payment-provider timelines or compliance requirements.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts matching the registered Account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.
• 777tz reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of these Terms.

From time to time, 777tz may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback credits, VIP-tier rewards and other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, and to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are stated in each offer's specific terms. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement is fully completed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in your Account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 777tz reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
• Illustrative Figures: Any PKR bonus amounts mentioned on the Platform are illustrative. Actual bonus values are defined by the current offer in effect at the time of registration or opt-in and may differ.
• Expiry: Bonus credits that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the offer will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance.
• Changes and Withdrawal: 777tz reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, except where a User has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions.

All sports bets and casino game activity on 777tz are subject to the general rules set out below, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 777tz. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error or odds pricing error has occurred.
• Settled Bets: Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it may not be altered or cancelled by the User except where permitted by a specific "cash out" feature, subject to that feature's own terms.
• Palpable Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error (palpable error), 777tz reserves the right to void all affected bets regardless of whether they have been confirmed or settled. Winnings arising from palpable errors will not be paid.
• Results and Settlements: Official match or event results as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, UEFA for football) will be used for settlement purposes. 777tz's decision on disputed settlements shall be final.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. Current limits are displayed in the relevant section of the Platform and may be adjusted without notice.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any casino game, all affected game rounds will be voided and stakes returned. No liability is accepted for consequential loss arising from technical disruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777tz Platform. Violation of any of these provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in any live dealer game or poker variant.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs or technical errors for personal financial gain.
• Using the Platform to conduct, facilitate or disguise money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in bonus abuse as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider in bad faith.

All content on the 777tz Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 777tz or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 777tz.
• Use any 777tz branding, logos or trade marks in any way that is likely to cause confusion or imply association with 777tz without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any material contained in the Platform on any other server or device.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content terminates the licence granted above and may give rise to legal claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777tz, its directors, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, however caused.
• Any loss arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, denial-of-service attacks or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds or content published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Any loss arising from actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays, refusals or errors in processing deposits or withdrawals.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 777tz's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 777tz makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for any particular purpose or freedom from errors.

777tz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Account holders and may be activated at any time via the Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits. Any request to increase an existing limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Caps on net gambling losses over a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering activity is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session pauses after a User-defined playing duration has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: A temporary or permanent restriction on Account access. Requests for self-exclusion will be actioned promptly. During any self-exclusion period, the User will not receive promotional communications. Circumventing a self-exclusion by creating a new Account is a breach of these Terms.
• Reality Checks: Optional in-session notifications informing you of the time elapsed and net result of your current session.

Adults Only: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Gambling is not a method of generating income. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships or mental health, please use the self-exclusion tool or contact support immediately.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 777tz support via live chat. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules before the closure is processed. Any remaining Real Money balance will be returned subject to the withdrawal and KYC conditions in Section 6.

Closure by 777tz: 777tz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith.
• Access from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Any other conduct that 777tz reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, 777tz reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance, including both Real Money and Bonus credits, pending investigation and recovery of any losses arising from the breach.

777tz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 777tz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — typically via a notification displayed on the Platform, an email to the registered address, or both.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version. Archived versions of previous Terms may be obtained by contacting support.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request from 777tz support.

Dispute Process: In the event of any dispute regarding a bet settlement, Account balance, bonus outcome or other Platform matter, you must first contact 777tz support via live chat and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution. 777tz will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an internal resolution cannot be reached, Users may seek recourse through any dispute resolution or regulatory channel made available by the operator's licensing authority. Details of applicable channels are available upon request.
